WeWhoWander.com provides an automated internet-based service to Wanderers ("Subscribers"), which they use in interacting with a community of individuals with a love for literature. We contractually prohibit all Subscribers from using the service to infringe third party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, trade dress and right of publicity). We encourage intellectual property rights owners to contact us if they believe that a Subscriber of our service has infringed their rights. If you let us know that your rights are being infringed by one of our Subscribers, we will (in our discretion) require that the Subscriber's content be removed and, if the Subscriber continues to infringe your rights (or infringes the rights of others) terminate the Subscriber's access to our services.

Please provide our Agent with the following Notice:

(1) Identify the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

(2) Identify the material on the WeWhoWander site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it on the website;

(3) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

(4) A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (a) the above information in your Notice is accurate, and (b) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner;

(5) Your address, telephone number, and email address; and

(6) Your physical or electronic signature.

WeWhoWander's Agent will forward this information to the alleged infringer.
